We engaged Scott in November 2012 to build our first home. From the outset Scott was transparent and upfront. He provided a competitive quotation and identified costs savings in our architectural drawings. This was in stark contrast to other Canberra builders we approached who provided over-inflated costs whilst trying to upsell us to use a ‘latest product’. We found Scott’s approach refreshing and supportive.

Scott’s attention to detail throughout the build was excellent. Where he identified problems in the build (unforeseen complications arising converting architectural drawings to construction materials), he made sure to make these known us immediately and gave us time to investigate options to proceed. We believe that Scott went above and beyond our expectations of what was required of him as our builder and he appeared genuinely interested in providing us with a quality home with quality finishes. Scott was also timely in addressing issues we raised with him during the build and this has continued post-build.
